Hello World, I'm still alive!

BUT NOW, :::drum roll::: I'm SINGLE!!!

It's been quite an adventure and I'm having a lot of fun, as well as learning many new things (it's been awhile since I have been a singleton)! ;D

Outlook: Interesting and exciting!

School is hard though and I have a lot of assignments SO BEAR WITH ME...

SO...for Lent I'm giving up livejournal...I cannot visit the site under any circumstances! >:O Hipefully next time I'll be writing how I celebrated my 1 year anniversary, which happens to fall on Easter (coincidence?)! Then I'll be able to post once again...

One of the best New Year's I've experienced!

Okay so here they are, more behind the cut so be sure to click on the link! I really like the apt. a lot, it's cleaner (I have no breathing problems!), spacier and nicely decorated (I don't have a picture of the living room w/furniture yet and Joe added a table and chairs from Ikea to the dining room). Hopefully we'll be able to make a fun-filled trip one day when we all find some time!!!



My problem w/the old apartment! I cleaned of 3 inches of dust that covered the whole entertainment center, that place was stuffy as hell!



The entrance, as you can see I had the vacuum all set-up and going! Also the apartment is blue!

Where I stood to take this picture is where the couch is and that wall is covered by the "holy" entertainment center!



The dining room is nice, and we put up Joe's crazy gigantic fancy clock on the wall, notice the WOODEN FLOOR!



The kitchen is definitely better than the old one, but still pretty "grungy" but then again I'm really picky about kitchens!



I like the bar, they have 2 black bar stool to go w/it too!



The balcony has the old table along w/the ashtray out for smokers as well as 3 chairs, I enjoyed eating lunch out there!



Look at that view from the balcony, even more important look at the pool! Apparently there's some babes to be on the look-out for too, lol!

Yeah that was a lot of pictures, until next time!

So I like each and everyone of my professors, *gasp*

My honors history class seems cool but demanding, the teacher is animated and truly interested in what she teaches, as well as her students. We all got to introduce ourselves since it's a smaller class, which was nice.

My math teacher is really young, she wears braces and makes me laugh, which is a good sign, esp. since my last math teacher literally reminded me of a heffer!

Biology teacher is head of the department and pretty funny. He came up to me on the first day and commented that I was wearing the wrong school (UTSA lacrosse) and I explained why I was wearing it... He told me it was about time I got a new boyfriend, oh the nerve! He likes to kid around though which keeps things interesting.

Biology lab should be hell definitely, we'll see...I haven't gone yet. I should not be science major!

My French instructor is hyper as hell and parle beacoup! (talks a lot!) Most people in my class are older and are either married or engaged. This one girl, in her introduction to the class, couldn't stop talking about her recent marriage (41 days, lol, and she's still counting). It was hilarious and incredibly cute! Small class, but this will definitely be my most challenging class! I have to read a lot of French works and god knows what else...most likely write an essay, *shudder*...
